Room Booking & Payment

• Booking will be confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable).

• Guests must provide correct details at the time of booking.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

• Standard Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation & Modification

• Cancellation rules apply as per booking policy.

• No-show (guest not arriving) will result in full booking amount being charged.

• Changes to booking dates or room type are subject to availability and charges.

Guest Conduct

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.

• Guests must maintain discipline and follow property rules.

• Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.

Safety & Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

• The management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of valuables.

• CCTV & security may be available but the guest is responsible for safety of their items.
